The full immersion social oriented study abroad program allows students to interact with other artists, sculptors and writers in the Greek and International community of artists living and working on Paros, Greece.

HISA has established a smooth and secure arrival and transit arrangement that makes for an exciting and pleasant welcome to Greece and Paros island. Upon arrival in Athens, HISA can arrange for a private taxi-limousine service to meet students at the airport arrival hall. Students should arrange a flight schedule that takes them to Athens one or two days prior to the program's start. HISA teachers will be in Athens to acclimate students and lead them on a tour of the Acropolis for the full semester students. HISA can arrange for reservations at a family run Hostel, located just below the Acropolis in the safe and well-lit Plaka district. Teachers will accompany the students on the ferry to Paros, a trip of about four hours. Throughout the year, the ferry transits to and from Athens and Paros every morning and evening.
